If Im not mistaken John Roberts was credited with helping craft the patriot act at least 30 years before we thought we needed it. It proves to me the GOP has be mostly instrumental in eroding civil rights of US citizens and apparently following or leading the extreme right wing of the Israeli government to degrade the powers of their courts.
