@SmartestDumbGuy your employees are a reflection of the leadership, or lack thereof, they received. Just keep that in mind. Most employers and managers aren't special, but they think they are.

@ninedragons6400 but your business existed only because other business had employees. not every business can have zero employees. that is incredibly naive and childish.

but you have every right to complain about gov over regulating things and driving up costs, making it harder to make a profit and be a successful business.

@ExtremelyDumb everyone who can keep their business profitable. If you can keep it from going out of business, go for it. but if you're so broke and lame you can't pay your employees but you're still in business somehow, the Feds will be knocking on your door.

@ExtremelyDumb you're grasping.... As long as they are following they plan to pay down their expenses. No company can be unprofitable forever. you can be in debt and still be "profitable". if your business plan is leading you to success. No business can operate if it never pays back what it owes. no one will lend to them if that were the case. they will go out of business whether they like it or not. I was going to say stop acting like you were born yesterday. but then I read your username....."ExtremelyDumb". well that explains it.

@ninedragons6400 but not every business can have no employees. most things you rely upon, and sell at flea markets, were made by companies with employees. you cherry pick to suit your argument.

I have tried to give a 15 year old one away to the employees for the last 8 years... it starts failing everytime and they always need me to come back in and save it." That proves nothing. asking a toddler to drive a car is stupid. you're just proving you're stupid for trying to let people who know nothing about running a business, runa business.
