  4. Capitalism is about fair competition, equal opportunity to succeed or fail. Anti-competitive behavior and anti-competitive regulations are Not Capitalism. Yes, it requires gov regulation to enforce Capitalism and prevent it from turning into Corporatism (which is what we have now).
