@mavrospanayiotis "making other societies poor and undeveloped isn't success." I know, that's my point. Matralinear societies don't work. "Still, Israel seems unsuccessful to you?" I never said that. but since you bring it up, being in a state of perpetual war is not what I consider successful. they are developed and defend themselves well, but when they finally conquer all their hostile neighbors instead of just continuing to tolerate their endless attacks, I have a hard time calling them successful.
