@vivienneb6199 just as wives get away with spousal abuse every singe day. Men struggle to prove they are being abused too. No fault is less expensive? than what? how so? that's the best argument you have? No fault is not necessary, and you haven't given me a single reason why it is other than declaring your baseless opinions as facts.

@chriswatson1698 "You don't know how your partner will turn out." yes, and so when that is combined with No Fault Divorce, and how unfair the divorce courts are for men, is it any surprise we see men opting to stop marrying? I'm not a gambler, I won't even gamble $200 of my income at a casino. Yet marriage is a massive gamble where you are putting your entire accumulated value on the line with odds worse than a coin flip.

@viviennedunbar3374 "The commitment of marriage creates stability." then why is the divorce rate over 50%? Marriage/divorce isn't a deterrent to separation anymore. And that's just the married people. Even more people are avoiding marriage altogether to avoid the dumpster fire it is.

@chriswatson1698 provide statistics backing this up. You're delusional. list Specific ways divorce courts favor men? "It costs a man nothing to dump his middle aged wife." oh really? prove it. "Whatever he has to give her, will be offset by the contribution his new partner will bring to his new household." most women bring little to the marriage (women marry up and men marry down, or are you totally clueless). And why would a man get involved in marriage 2x unless he's a reckless risk taker? If I got married now, I'd be bringing Everything to the marriage, and if she divorced me later, I'd lose 50% of everything, minimum. "If the wife has custody of his children, not only will she be poorer than him, but she will have less opportunity to re-partner." maybe she should have considered that before filing for divorce then? 80% of marriages are initiated by the wife.
