  1. I don't understand this. If i were the employer, I would never fire the more valuable and loyal employee and pay More for a less experienced and knowledgeable one. so stupid. A healthy company hires competent people, values them, has a plan for continual turnover due to promotions, retirements, new hires, and values the customer, while seeking to deliver a quality service and product. But people expect companies to seek short term gains at the expense of longevity.

  4. where I work, remote employees have made it harder on everyone else. some have figured this out and came back to the office on their own. we have actual physical work that needs to be done.

  5. I'm negative towards HR because I don't actually see a reason for HR to exist. they suck at what they are supposed to do.
