  2.  @jedimaibam1660  But US didn't conquer and keep those territories. And many times the US was acting as world police and the rest of the world benefited from it and so were happy they didn't have to do it and kept quiet.

  3. P-51 went to 41k ft Many jet fighters have zoom climbed well over 100k ft many times. Jet fighters and other military aircraft reaching 60k+ ft has been routine for many decades now.

The USA has overseen the longest period of peace militarily speaking, and regarding deaths of people within a population due to wars, in recorded human history. USA has made many mistakes, but nobody is perfect, especially when most political leaders are war mongers and power hungry narcissists. But despite all that, the world has overall been a safer and peaceful place compared to prior to WW2. No other country or alliance could have done better. .

  6. These Cruisers and the Kirov battlecruisers are the closest thing Russia has to the US super carriers. loosing one of these few ships is a devastating blow to Russia and a massive embarrassment.
