Alimony and such is literally slavery. Involuntary servitude. Forced to work for another's benefit, in a manner that harms yourself and you get nothing from it in return, and if you don't do it, you go to jail. Also, US contract law REQUIRES all contracts be win-win to be valid. So Alimony violates US Contract law as well.

  16.  @meyyappanmuthuraman1300  yes, child support should be handled more like a gov controlled account where money can only be withdraw to pay for half of receipts produced showing what was spent, and it has to be things like food for the kids, clothes, school supplies, etc. Things/expenses actually needed to specifically support the children, not the parent. And not frivolous things nor luxuries. But they should have to prove what they need the money for and how much it cost.
