  5. What did it for me was showing the Guarding Angels and NYPD in an old video clip from the late 80's. That is exactly what was going on, people were taking charge of the direction of the city, and government backed away, hence why it was chaos, but there was also massive opportunity and overall NYC grew and people were working. ...even illegal immigrants.
