  1. This isn't a suprise. A lot of old labs don't exist after they discovered something. How are the labs that created Nitro Glycerin, rocket fuel, internal combustion, polio vaccinations etc. A lot of stuff is built to serve a purpose, then disappear. Deal with it. Sell the real-estate for something else, and move on.
