"german education' still has some apprenticeship style system, though eroding through the face of equality and social justice, that is how education should be. Hang out with a master, learn from them, exceed their teachings. In our university system in Canada (socialized) the government bullies you to take classes you don't need and tuition is tied to bureaucrats that try to manipulate the system. So, solution, get government out, let private enterprise train the workers and entrepreneurs it needs.
