  3. *****  When you flew over Iraq, it was after the initial strike where the fighters took out pretty much 90% of all SAM sites and communications networks.

  4. ZX Spectrum didn't contradict anything.  You don't need to enforce a no-fly zone.  You just say...'hey, stupid, stay out if you want to live'.     Edit: generally good airline companies know and follow this.  Apparently Malaysian Air is one of the dumb companies.
