  4. nubemuffin he wasn't tourchered.   Having a stern talking to, and being asked what your intentions are over and over again isn't torchure.   It would have been nothing for them to murder him if they wanted to.  The Russians are wanted there and I don't think its NATO's responsibility to tell those people what side they should be on.   Dude up above posted a link of a woman pleading for Ukraine to leave her alone.

Sphynra Its a civil war.  During a civil war there is a lot of confusion, and usually the people that end up in power are the ones with guns.  Usually the right.  The only difference is everything east of Kiev wants to be part of Russia, including a lot of the military bases parked in those areas.    NATO is looking for any excuse to have another satellite cold war with Russia.   Let go of the past, and let Ukraine figure its own stuff out.
