Still trying to make it look like this is an Invasion and not a welcomed change?   I love the reporting, but give it up.  The only people that don't want Russia are a very small youth minority, and a small percentage of 'in your face homosexuals'.  The rest of the public likes Putin.  Frankly, so do I.  He's one of the few political leaders in the world today that actually stands behind what he does, and isn't afraid to offend anyone.   I'd go so far as to say Putin is more of a democratic man than the Liberals running the western world.

Lets face it (I'm addressing liberal internet users).   America can easily do the same thing with Puerto Rico, and several South American countries as Putin is doing with Ukraine.   ...however, its much easier to say you are an ally, and steal resources than it is to go and actually take over the land.  Russia FTW for not pussy footing.    USA owns Canada's resources because they are too much of an asshole to actually take us over.   Why Take a country over when you can own it.

  3. They were invited firstly, and those tanks and men are 'liberators'.  When the majority of the military signs over to Russia, it tells you something.  Even though they didn't vote, they still want to be a part of Russia.

The only thing that can cause the situation to sour is a rogue Ukranian military commander that doesn't surrender, that decides he's going to be in charge (being his government did flee).  I doubt many of his soldiers will fight and die for what Ukraine was.   ...Remember, Ukraine isn't an old country to begin with, and the boarder has changed hands many MANY times in the past.
