I trust the police because I know that I have the potential to de-escalate a situation.    Its one thing to know your rights, its another to get arrogant and angry causing a situation to escalate.   I've spent some times in the back of a cop car, and released shortly after as I wasn't who they were looking for.    The problem in our society is we have progressive laws.  This needs to be addressed as the grey area laws often infringe on peoples rights.  The police are a non-issue for me, lets go after the root of the problem.

  2. You ever see the video of the ex KGB agent talking about how they turn a society against itself over a generation or two?   Scary stuff.

  3. Oh I know. I've met many people that have moved here to get away from government like that.    Right now here in Canada, there is a guy being sued for internet slander to a feminist.  Its already happening.
