  1. The homeless industrial complex is a problem though. The more you get government involved, the more corrupt middlemen and government union employees become 'on the take'. This is why the debt is so high in Portland, a little too socialist. Taxpayer base dying and no skill activists don't know how to fill technical jobs or create new business.
