  1. Too many activists, not enough engineers. Anyone can complain, but real leaders create. Unfortunately government watches the news and panders to activists who yell 'science!' lots, but have no clue what they are talking about.

  2. Um, didn't the EBR-1 create nuclear energy first? It connected to a few light bulbs in the power plant. Then later attached to the town Arco, Idaho.
