  1. Commercial real estate has a long way to come down thanks to glorious government killing entrepreneurship under the 'best of intentions'. This is why NYC needs Thomas Sowell Economics.. Either way, it would be nice to see makers and creators take ahold of the American dream instead of participation trophy kids and activists.

  2. Hey, actually, to add to this. If you have cash, wait and buy your own building. THEN play the next wave. It pays to own the building if you get in at the right time. That will be within the next 5 years for sure. Unless war breaks out with china or internally.
