This media is American.  America is known for trying to police the globe, and they are concerned that because they cannot afford to pay their own soldiers well enough, that some day they won't have the upper hand.  Thats pretty much the jist of it.    America, guess what.  China owns you, and probably operating many PMC's on American soil already.  Wo-hop-to perhaps?
