  1. So instead of providing help with drug addiction and education, we create laws that put people in Jail. Don't get me wrong, I'm not taking the side of a criminal either. I think the western world needs to get to the root problem, and stop trying to make it a race issue. Stop trying to say, 'we need government to fix it'. It doesn't help.

  2. Education prevents people from trying, but it doesn't need to cost anything.   The war on drugs, if ended in Canada, would save the taxpayer 8 billion dollars per year.   That money could go toward addiction, or mental health research.... the root to all human actions.

  4. I'm all for legalizing all drugs, even though I personally will tell everyone to never use them.   Portugal couldn't afford its drug war, and when they stopped it, they noticed that no new people were dying in the streets.

Sweet, the tin foil hat society has come to vice opinions.   Researching mental health can include MDMA, LSD, and other chemical compounds.    Will you be a part of the research, or are you going to be 'that guy' that simply finds what he likes, and shares it on the internet?   World is filled with too many keyboard researchers. Do something productive.

You want to prevent deaths in police custody?   Don't create laws to put people in Jail for crimes that don't involve victims.    AND, tell your population not to resist arrest and be mouthy arrogant violent people. Drugging a population on LSD isn't an answer.   Offering medication to some people, that are willing to recognize it can help, may provide an answer.

  10. Tax money is money?   No it isn't.  Its stolen money, and therefore isn't real profit.   A business that relies on extorted money and government favours to stay successful (I'm also pointing to GM, Chrysler)  Isn't a good business, and it isn't profitable.

I'm a gun owning, Libertarian, that believes people are only worth what they put into the world.  I worked in the Oil and Gas industry, but also understand the importance of new green technology.  Though, married with a wife and am personally against the gay lifestyle, I do know people that are gay/trans, and have no problem talking to them.  If they come into my home and start selling us on why we need to be gay, then I have a problem as that violates the only important thing in the world.  The Nap.  My rights.  My personal property and option to refuse any other person's lifestyle if I wish.   The State, however, wishes to impose a lifestyle on you.  Right vs Left Politics is a thing of the past.   Its about the State vs the Individual, and supporting one government over the other only makes you guilty of the NAP in some form or another.

I live in A Socialist Country, and I'm tired of having opportunity destroyed by voters that are not intelligent enough to know basic economics that of Hayek.  Instead, you keep going down the Keynesian road...  keep empowering government to steal from your fellow man... because its working so well.

  19. I provide energy solutions via my work.   We don't empower government by being Libertarian.  IE, free up the public and let people like you and I create business without bogus taxes, regulations, and royalties. I also ran in this last Federal Election.

  20. Everyone pays tax, minus those that steal it.   Its not sustainable, and if it was, Canada wouldn't have been in debt my entire life.   Hayek economics works.   Keynesian and government control over markets does not.
