Please read my comment again.  Also regarding fracking, once its fracked, all that 'bad chemical stuff' ends up coming back into the wellbore via gravity, and then a production crew comes in and sucks it out.  The only time you have contaminated water is when the Geologist screws up, and GAS (not oil) seeps into an above formation of water.    Now regarding strip clubs, because that is your first hand knowledge you brought to the subject. ..this is no different than Bodie California during the Mining days of the old west.  People come to make money, hook up with the best looking woman they can find, and often fights break out.   'Worst places in the world to live'  is a comment that someone makes that needs to be surrounded by city life, and other people to have a good time.
