  1. One major underlying problem, is anxiety. There was a time when even physicians recommended smoking as a balm for anxiety. So now, chronic anxiety has substituted hard drugs for "demon" tobacco. Seems times were better when legal tobacco was an option. People unable to cope with the fragmentation's of today's increasingly dysfunctional world -- a world devoid of Spiritual values, Truth and life purpose -- will always find a way to numb themselves and their conscience. This is not an "issue." This is a problem.
