  1. Corporate Fictions have been successful at factoring in Corporate "speech rights," designed originally & firstly for human beings. Only problem is, unlike human beings, Corporate "PERSONS" are totally lacking in any capacity for conscience & an independent moral volition. Psychologically speaking, such vacuous entities are viewed as psychopaths.
