Trump's already doing a great job representing "working people." So what's Saunders talking about? Further... Bernie fails to mention how many Americans have died, because they DID use what is often misrepresented as "health care," rather than sickness management for control and profit. So who then, does Sanders purport to support with his policies? Big Pharma?
The question is not... "How do we feed the world," or, "How do we provide better health care," but rather, "How do we empower and teach the people's of the world, including the American people, how to feed themselves and take responsibility for learning how to take care of their own health? The main reasons are, social-ism, is an ideology of victimhood, entitlement and dependency.

@RyanSmith-eq2rw Whereas there is no "imaginary man" in the sky, there is, however, a Unified Field of Consciousness - a No-Thing, Who precedes and informs every thing. Indeed, in an absence of No-Thing, there wouldn't be any thing. Consciousness precedes, and informs all matter. So "imaginary" then, is simply that which is not evident to, or measurable by, the material mind. In principle, No-Thing, is infinitely greater, than any thing. A material measurement cannot be used to ascertain a spiritual value.

@A_Lone_Wolf Trump won in a landslide. Quit with the Fake News. In fact, Trump won all but 16-17% of American counties. So tell me, how could Biden win the popular vote, with only 17% of the total counties? Impossible! Further, whereas approx 130 million Americans were registered to vote in the 2020 election, and Trump is confirmed to have received 74 million votes, and Biden alleged to have received 80 million votes, where did the other 24 million votes come from? They came from a massive corruption of the vote count, that's where. So the bottom line? It's likely Trump won 410 electoral seats, and received at least 80 million votes. When all is said and done, Trump will be remembered as one of the most beloved Presidents in American history, a thought that drives Trump haters crazy. And another thing, Biden currently is not flying on Airforce One. Neither has he given a now traditional Presidential address. Strange, don't you think?

To "accusations" of hate speech, add unfounded, ill-conceived, emotion laden accusations of hate speech. In time, it is a tendency of good intentions, to be co-opted and mutated into the opposite of their original, or first intention. "Free" for instance, can in the first instance mean to live in freedom. Or, free can become a false freedom to do whatever one feels like doing irrespective of its moral, functional or cultural propriety. To live in freedom, therefore, often requires a sublimation of what one may feeeel like doing. Too many today, are following their feelings, rather than what could be, a higher intuition. The inner world is dysfunctional & in disarray. Inner Demons are projected upon an "evil" or hated other. The messenger who speaks truth is particularly vulnerable.

Romney has tied his fortunes to those of the mob. Platitudes aside, neither Romney, nor anyone else, no matter how hard they tried, have produced evidence of crime, let alone an impeachable offense. Romney's protest of morality and conscience rings hollow. The American founding fathers were also religious. Further, Romney's timing, is wholey suspect and opportunistic. Whereas Romney displays on exaggerated concern about Trump's morality, he shows little concern for the transgressions of others, whose guilt has been proven. How is the hatred and vindictiveness, which drove the impeachment process a manifestation of his "conscience?" The real question, Mr. Romney, is, do you believe in the American Constitutional Republic, and the Divine Providence to which the founding fathers attribute success of their undertakings? Trump does. What the American people may learn from this exercise, is, whether an Obama or a Romney, smooth talkers don't necessarily make for honest talkers, Romney's protestations of faith aside.
At the root of Romney's posturing, is jealousy and envy. His emotions, are those of self-pity. If Trump rejected Romney, evidently, he must have had a damned good reason for doing so.

What Bernie proposes, is not rights, but dependencies and pretexts for extortion. Health Care, is not a "right," but a responsibility. No system, can take responsibility for anyone's health. Indeed, if the people fail to take responsibility for their own health, the system, which is a business model, will manage your sickness. See... "Not Yours To Give," by American statesman and Senator from Tennessee, Davy Crockett.
1
-
@conman2747 To the contrary... As Ayn Rand explains, a "right" to "Health" Care, in practical terms, becomes a system of sickness management and dependency, not to mention an extortion of those who prefer to take responsibility for their own health. As is shown, social-ism, is a fixed ideology to which the people submit under duress, whereas fair market capitalism is a living ideal - a value for value exchange and right to contract, to which people freely commit. In other words, whereas ideology - whether religious or secular, compels submission, ideals permit free association, independent volition and choice. State imposed "Health" Care, permits neither choice nor rights, which is ironically, anathema to a liberal social ethos. In fact, State imposed "Health" Care, destroys rights and liberty, and in too many cases, destroys health also.

@sheriegrace3756 PS: Why, pray tell, should Trump "confess," or admit to something he hasn't done? Guilt is not to be found in accusation. Do you have proof of indiscretions we are not already aware of? In conducting themselves like a mob, Dems have undermined rule of law, the principle of innocence until PROVEN guilty, and by their abuse of the impeachment provision, undermined the function of government itself. So who today is more corrupt by a magnitude of several times? Indeed, that the regressive left can find so little, they have to fabricate pretexts to assault Trump, is indicative of Trump's comparatively sterling character.

The problem today, is the American people have come to admire accomplishments of the past, more than they revere the ideals that made them possible in the first place. Too many, have no consciousness of the ominous consequences of a failed republic. Whilst for many life has become a struggle, it could be worse. And in today's world, much worse. Many who become entangled in the web's of hatred & resentment, have no idea of the outcome of their reactionary machinations, whereby inner demons are too easily externalized & projected onto an "evil other." In any case, most often the innocent suffer disproportionately to the guilty. Just look to the recent localized event that gave rise to nationwide destruction, whereby the "remedy" far exceeded any transgression. For justice to be justice, a response must be commensurate with any real or perceived transgression. From her beginning, America has always viewed vigilante justice as an injustice. We abandon due process, wherein calm clarity may have time to repair the breech, to our peril. May cooler heads prevail.

There is a fundamental distinction to be made between the American Civil War 1861-1865, and current divisions. Whereas during the Civil War both North & South implored God to aid them in their efforts, today's split is between those who are Self-centered & those who are God-centered. Whereas the Self-centered are steeped in illusion, the God-centered are by nature Truth-centered. This is not about "religion" per se,' but about the wars - whether of micro or macro - between matter, which seeks to suppress Light, and Spirit, which seeks to transform matter. As the Essene Sect of Quanram wrote 2,000 years ago,, this is a war between the Sons of Darkness, and the Sons of Light. In This, there is nothing new under the sun.

Ever increasing urbanization and a tyranny of convenience, are destroying rural America. A strong and progressive people, are informed, and sustained by an agrarian based economy, wherein most people reside on the land, from which they create basic wealth and raise strong children and found communities. The land, and condition thereof, not urban living, is the strength of a people and a nation. America must move FROM a MACRO, to a micro model of a production of basic wealth. The current centralized, Corporate model of economic production, is not only unsustainable, but non-regenerative.

@kimmieb2u An artificially contrived and induced state of entropy and chaos, is the real existential crisis of a production of basic wealth, namely food, shelter and clothing. This has largely been a result of an ideology of dependency, victimhood, resentment, entitlement, vindictiveness and a sabotage of the "evil other" at so many levels. Too often, what should be done is not, and what should not be done is done. We have been collapsed into a tyranny of convenience, by which human value is measured by consumption, rather than independent creative initiative. But then, a majority of the solutions that have been provided to solve some of the most difficult demands of the human condition, have been provided by those with a conceptual, creationist mentality. There is no solution in the reductionist ideology of dialectical materialism and what passes for "evolution."

Whereas Social-ism is a political ideology that panders to mediocrity and weakness, whilst posing as a champion of social justice, capitalism appeals to merit and a pursuit of excellence. A "conservative" - one who preserves and conserves, and empowers the people to become their best Selves - enhancing their personal dignity, is the authentic home of social justice. Basically, whereas wealth creating capitalism encourages & admires personal initiative, social-ism, appeals to mediocrity, which leads to entropy and a collapse of the will to succeed, which in turn gives rise to economic & social chaos. This is why, all promised socialist utopias are wishful fictions.
