  1.  @RyanSmith-eq2rw  Whereas there is no "imaginary man" in the sky, there is, however, a Unified Field of Consciousness - a No-Thing, Who precedes and informs every thing. Indeed, in an absence of No-Thing, there wouldn't be any thing. Consciousness precedes, and informs all matter. So "imaginary" then, is simply that which is not evident to, or measurable by, the material mind. In principle, No-Thing, is infinitely greater, than any thing. A material measurement cannot be used to ascertain a spiritual value.

  2. Health Care is not a "human right." Health Care, is a personal responsibility. A sickness management system, cannot, does not, take care of anyone's health. "It" arrives, long after the fires of sickness have been lit.
