  1. Cuomo is losing it. Imagine someone like Cuomo calling someone else "arrogant." Unjust statutes arbitrarily imposed, are not laws. Laws are debated and enacted through a democratic, legislative process. Many "Laws," are simply a "Color-of-Law," that are not laws. These are those things which appear to be, but are not. The confusion comes when people conflate legal with lawful. Not all made "Legal" is lawful. To this point, common law is to law what Corporate Law is to Legal. And whereas common law is the law of the land, Corporate "Law" is the 'Law" of the Sea & Commerce. Cuomo cannot make law. The only authentic law, is common law.
