  3.  @publiusovidius7386  There are those who see a glass half full, and others who see a glass half empty. Today, there is a poverty of Spirit & complementarity. This has arisen through a service to interests and a tyranny of convenience, rather than a fidelity to ideals. Serve ideals, not interests. One need not emphasize the negative about the past. Cast your gaze upon what was, and is good and noble about the past, like the una-lienable rights to Life, Liberty and Private Property. In this, a pursuit of happiness is made possible.

  4.  @swingman5635  Which "rights" are you specifically referring to? Seems we had more freedoms before much of what are being touted as "human rights." So how is it then, that human rights sabotage freedoms, not just for some, but for all?
