  1. In an absence of an ability to act with moral integrity, there can be neither personal authority nor free agency. Education has indeed been supplanted by indoctrination. "The American form of government is wholy unsuitable to any but a moral and religious people." The founding fathers presumed moral cognition and an ability to assume responsibility for the propriety of one's own actions. In their rejection of religion, they have discarded morality and opened a road to perdition. There can be neither unity nor progress under such circumstances.
