  1. In 1776 American colonists fought and dedicated their lives to the una-lienable, God given rights to life, liberty and property. That today, so many would treat these hard won rights with such trivial concern, is a warning not only to Americans, but all mankind. The enemy, once again, is at the gates of the nation and infiltrated from within. Ironically, the fly in the ointment of American freedoms, is a pursuit of happiness. Why? Because failing a right to security of a man's private property, both liberty and life too are forfeit. Indeed, the right to private property is foundational to a pursuit of happiness.
