  1. Maybe it's just because I live in the tropics but my first thought wasn't fire but termites and rot from moisture.

  2.  @ezachleewright2309  maybe from humidity but I leave in the Caribbean, I'm willing to bet even if a hurricane doesn't blow it over it will force moisture into the boards which will eventually warp and rot.
