  18. I just turned 59 , and I started to figure this out 1 1/ 2, year ago I was extremely frustrated with my situation and figured my life was unique and singular to myself. Through stepping out of myself and understanding what is great about myself and what I can improve or change or alter for betterment . Some things are hard to face but I'm actually really happy and excited about things to come. I owe it all to these self improve and manosphere podcasts
