100% True, they really need to just stop acting like robots and ask for a more balanced work and private life...If not...Tbh, they should just build robots and let those robots habdle the vountry lmao, because if japanese peiple are already thinking and working like robots then there's no difference anymore if they or machines run the country...So sad to see them just accepting their slow and painful lives and deaths....

As a teacher in Mexico, I agree with you 100% This job is seen as just a second thought for many...Ehich is sad, I love my job, but the wages and work load is waaaaay to heavy...

Same in the UK and the USA, I've heard they're so overworked, have such low wages and in okaces like the UK, they have almost impossible requirements from teachers that way too many are leaving the jobs...It's really so sad. Here in Mexico, many of my coworkers working at schools say they can't see themselves working forever as a teacher as their work load is WAAAAY to heavy, the wages are ok, but it's difficult to get a full time job in the first place as schools tends to be either public and underfunded or private and way to greedy....But that's life sadly, I'm just waiting for the fall of the system tbh lmao

Same, sounds crazy but I just hope we can get 4 days of work in the near futuee, or at least 6 hours per day of work. Here in Mexico the government is FINALLY acting on it and they're proposing that as we mexicans work even more than Japanese or South Koreans according to the OCDE....Abd boy we need to rest more too

Yup, here in Mexico happens too, we have A TOOOON of karoshi cases but no one is talking about it and teaching jobs here can also be very demanding plus very badly paid...So sad to see that kind of stuff around the world tbb as a teacher myself
