  1. You cannot make social media sites be covered by the 1st amendment because they are private and not government property. Remember the 1st Amendment cannot be invoked against private persons. It can only be invoked against the government. Accordingly, it is left to contract law, regulatory law, and anti-discrimination law to limit expression on social media. As you are a licensee granted conditional access to these sites as described by their terms and conditions, your rights of expression cannot extend beyond these.
