I think your comprehension skills are lacking, and you have not analysed the reason why the Romans, if what you claim is true as you quote no sources, despite having more manpower and resources switched to asymmetric warfare for *15 YEARS* before going for Carthage for the final time. Sorry, but your assertion doesn't pass the sniff test. So Genius, why did Rome spend 15 years of asymmetric warfare, despite having superior manpower, before crushing Carthage. I bet you can't answer with any sources, or with any tactical analysis. And if you say "Livy said", that's a rookie mistake.
