  1. This doesn't make sense. A house is worth what some is willing and able to pay for it. And as for the value of Sterling, bad economic thinking has ensured that our fiscal, economic, and monetary policy has result in a depreciating currency over the last 5 to 4 decades. But, even worse, it has resulted in stagnant wages growth and increasing wealth inequality. So, for many, owning their own home will tend to remain a dream that might never be fulfilled.
