  2. And it may not answer those questions too. Please don't overestimate or overstate it's capability. It failed my test which was to list the historical events that framed the rise and fall of Joey Olinska in GF Newman's novel "The Corrupted". DeepSeek failed to generate that list, but Voxscript did it no problem. It's more than proof of concept for AI Distillation, than a fully fledged CHATGPT4 replacement, because it's not fully optimised. It's great for coding (no surprise there) but it's closer in performance in other respects to other free offerings. Where it wins is that it provides access in an open source format of an implementation of LLM, that you can then further train and optimise. And develop private and sovereign models. You still need the time, knowledge and resources to do that. So DeepSeek has removed or reduced barriers to entry to the technology. You can be sure that the proprietary firms are dreaming up ways of attempting to preventing DeepSeek from getting further training from their models, but there are ways around that, which will be inevitably slower.
