  1. Tejvan, there are too many hidden assumptions in this question that belies a comprehensive and meaningful answer. It is said that the USA won the economic argument after World War II, but the result is a dysfunctional global financial system, and both establishments seemingly intent on pretending all is well as the biggest economy throws on the brakes and begins a limited reversal of its globalisation policy and the other struggles to emulate the former whilst encouraging economic anorexia. It's funny, but bad ideas given full rein in human affairs tend bring about irreversible damage. And right now, there are a plethora of them failing to deliver as promised. Time for a rethink perhaps?
