@roxsotoc I think you're right. Social media isn't that socially as sitting round a table with friends and having really good conversations. Doing this takes an investment of time and attention, something not valued by our Overlords, who just want to sell us more to consume. Ideas don't mean anything until they are repeatedly stress tested by talking to someone who knows their onions, but is kind and not interested in social capital.
