Not really. The Boys is a biting satire on modern society, and none of them are getting their hands on the nuclear codes. Tweedledum and Tweedledee are trying to convince normal, grounded people to vote for them in real life. The more stuff that comes out about Vance, the more I figure how deeply cynical he really must be to stoop down so low. His wife is probably keeping her profile down so she doesn't have to cringe in embarrassment at his pronouncements. Unless she's a Stepford Wife. But Vance just might push the undecideds over the edge to vote for Harris. In fact, it would make a great story if Vance was actually a double agent sent inside to destroy Trump's campaign with the real majority.
