This comment says so much more about you than anything else. And it's not a good look.

Have you read the charge sheet? According to your bit of whataboutery, she wasn't charged with criminal damage. And why would that be? Was it it there was no evidence of such a crime taking place? Or is it something more questionable going, such as upscaling or overcharging, which happens in the context of racism in the criminal justice system of racist societies, where charges for ethnic minorities are are uprated to relative to the dominant race in similar cases? Yes, that's a thing too. But perhaps this judge saw through that in this case, because it brings the law into disrepute.

It's true. Criminal damage went down in that direction when protestor started spitting on the long raincoats bobbies used to wear when I was younger. One unfortunate protest spat at a Bobby and her spittle landed on his coat. She was charged and found guilty of criminal damage, despite there being no material damage being done. A sponge down or wash, followed by disinfectant would have cleared up the "damage", and if I remember correctly, the high court said she was still guilt of criminal damage nonetheless.
