How do you know that they are deluded? Your view reveals a significant lack of knowledge and wisdom about human culture, and science. Culture - even our culture - isn't based on fact. It's based on beliefs about reality that support the social construction of hierarchy that are imposed on a society's members by those with more power. Other cultures handle the issue of gender very differently to our supposedly superior/advanced culture. And you, who claim logic as your ally, eschew scientific fact, especially evolutionary and genetic science. By doing so, you deny reality, and create disorder. That doesn't work out well for societies that indulge in such fancies and moral panics.
