  1. I think the British-Franco Ceasefire plan is evidence of Hopium being leaked in the room, especially as Russia breached agreed ceasefires over 20 times so far since 2014... So much for truces. All announcements from these discussions should cease until concrete proposals that guarantee peace are made, rather than woolly theoretical musings. No-one's interested in performance theatre. It's either put up or shut up time.
