Professor, your absolutely correct that an audit should be made of the real-world impact of Brexit, and not only should it's results be published in plain language with the evidence., it should form the basis of Starmer's Economic and Trade policy. The global economy is heading for choppy waters as geopolitical aftershock push up prices for certain commodities and safe assets. Because our economy is interdependent on that global economy, Starmer might get to locate where the crosswinds that are out of his control might rock the boat. Sadly, things might get worst before they get better, for reasons Starmer can do little about. It's where he can provide relief for the most vulnerable. Some of the problems we know about, but others are still solidifying. I wish him well because it's not going to be easy.
