I'm sure you haven't read the report, especially as it was just published today and is 240 pages long, and is only the first module report out of a planned 9 to follow. Even more telling, is that you didn't even look at the 4-page Executive Summary, before flying to your keyboard. Luckily for everyone else, you're not running the country. Thank goodness.

Your comment says much more about you than the subject at hand. You haven't read the 240-page report You haven't read the 4-page Executive Summary But you feel entitled to opine on the matter? Although Harlan Ellison comes across as a bit brash, when he said: "You are not entitled to your opinion. You are entitled to your informed opinion. No one is entitled to be ignorant." I sympathise with him, because such entitlement is revealed by comments like these, aligned with a blithe disregard of the feelings of the relatives of the deceased. At least for their sake, you might have refined yourself in. Nope.

The relatives of those who were lost for one thing, and not a say so bot on YouTube.

More people in the UK died as a percentage of population than our developed peers. Please try and be objective and read the Executive Summary (4 pages), or gird your loins and real the full Module 1 report that's 240 pages long. Or even better, wait until all the remaining modules have been published, and then give us your informed opinion, instead of limp flannel. We didn't have a plan in the first place.

So do you. That very effective vaccine was taken off the list of appropriate vaccines in Europe and the US, because of the abnormal incidence of myocarditis in young and fit adults that took it. That's why towards the end, you were given moderna or pfizer vaccines, despite not being made in the UK. They were less dangerous.
