If you had looked at stoicism, you would have had the opportunity to contemplate that exact issue. Not only that, but Viktor Frankl learned a few lessons about survival and human nature under pressure, whilst he was a guest in the Nazi Death camps. His book, "Man's Search for Meaning" and Marcus Aurelius' "Meditations" both come out of lessons in the University of Hard Knocks. Both will give you an informed intriduction to getting through hard times. Might be worthwhile checking them out.

The European Commission does not form any policies. They execute the policies agreed by the EU Council of Ministers, which is comprised of the heads of government of the EU member states. In other words, they are civol servants. And Brexiteers wete pissed off that the EU's Civil servants were on their game, and that the EU Council of Ministers had delegated Brexit negotiations to the EU Commission instead of dealing with it themselves. Hence, our amateurs in government were too lazy to even plan their strategy. They just believed what they wanted to believe. And thought, "we got this". And unsurprisingly, ignorance is not bliss, when you're negotiating with a team who are a close second place to the US in negotiating trade deals. Let's not make that mistake again. It's demeaning for us to show everyone how uninformed we are of an organisation we were in for nearly 40 years.

Putin says... Lol. Yeah, he can be trusted, right? Putin did not want a flourishing and successful Ukraine to be in the EU, right next door to his regime, and have an open door for Russian peoole to check that out. Yeah? So, please go tell that to the birds. Hitler tried the same stunt and look what that led to.

Not really. Britain's largest trading partner is the United States. If, like many old men do when they have enlarged prostates, Trump's goals and aim diverge to the extent he go full ham on tariffs, we will most likely get rained on. We are in no position to proxy for the US anymore as our armed forces have bern diminished through austerity. We can't even man our ships, nor build ships that work. Britain might be clearing out stockpiles and offering training to Ukraine, but we dont even seem to have a defence industry capable of contributing. Britsin used to be in the thick of things. Not now so much.

Shh... Don't you not know that was bought from the US?

Answer: Nobody's offered an invitation yet, have they? They're not all like Nigel Farage kissing his ring.

The Brits, if you please. And which idea exactly? Most of the major members of the EU are already in NATO. So whst idea exactly should we be bothered about?
