  1. Justice vs Mercy? Should Biden have let his son throw himself on the mercy of the court? Ideally, Joe Biden should not have been put in such a situation. But withdraw the Presidential Pardon from the President and make the death penalty illegal. Then, let's start work on the rest of the pile of injustices and merciless justice that passes as the rule of law too. And then reinvirgorate democracy by removing the duopoly in control of it, and replacing that with Proportional representation. Then take money out of politics too. Then we might be able to deal with all the other injustices like civil foreiture. The work is is never done.
