  2. That might not be a bad thing. Work is a means to an end. And one should be strategic about it. If a job isn't achieving one's goals, you should be looking elsewhere.

  3. Well, the most successful people at increasing their pay don't stay at any one workplace for more than 3 years in the US. Lifetime employment is gone. Real wage growth has been below inflation for decades. And in many cases employers want to control you after you've left. And the Post-pandemic worker participation rate is falling. And Al is being sold as a way to shed jobs, and almost never as a tool to create any. What do you think that says about corporate culture in the US?
