  1. Not really. Russia is under sanctions. And any diesel they produce is sold at a discount. China may buy as they get a discount and probably India too. But not Europe. They don't need it right now, as their economies are slowing because their biggest customer China is slowing too as they try to swerve away the loss of their offshore manufacturing. Electric is the way to go.
