  2. Really? What has that got to do with this case. As a former policeman you should know that barristers are a regulated profession, and their membership of the bar is a public record that can be accessed by the public. Why didn't you know that?

  4. Prove it. You'd be helping Tommy if you did, because actually telling the truth is a defence to Defamation. And Tommy knows that, but pleaded guilty anyway. Why would he do that? He didn't appeal the case. Why not?

  11. The document of the judgment is not a transcript of the trial proceedings. You would not as a member of the public have access to the trial transcript, but you could have attended the hearings.

  12. Again, thank you for bringing the facts of the case to light, and directing the public to read the decision of the case and judge for themselves, which are in the public domain and accessible online. Obviously, this will give people the chance to take an informed view on the process.

  13. She asked you for proof, not for stating the obvious. Isn't that what Tommy was doing, so he must have proof of what was said. And the people concerned who supposedly signed NDAs, would have been protected, as they cannot be upheld.
