  1. Murder charge won't stick..This Guy took a taser from a cop and used it on that same cop and then ran..shooting this guy in the back might have been unnecessary..but it's manslaughter at best!

  2. @UCHIzjMDKZZIfMPAfwQQftpg he did nothing? he had driven his drunk ass into a driveway blocking everybody else..after he was tested they had a right to arrest him for DUI..he probably felt threatened (after 30 minuten of just talking to eachother) after he realized this arrest would have consequences..this guy was a criminal and had a huge criminal record..so maybe look at the whole story before you react..
